1.                  PERSONAL MARKETING CONSULTATION:  Review together the current market conditions, active, pending and sold homes in your market area and help you determine a competitive, smart price for your home.

2.                  COMPLETION OF PAPERWORK:  Review and complete the required paperwork and property disclosures. With my experience your best interests are well protected.

3.                  SHOWCASING YOUR HOME: Provide two video tapes and written material on how to prepare your home for sale. I will make appropriate suggestions and advise you how to effectively prepare your home for marketing. “First Impressions” are of utmost importance.  Proper preparation can mean getting a more timely sale and a higher price.

4.                  PHOTOGRAPH SESSION:  Take photos of your home for marketing in advertisements, flyers and brochures.  Presenting your home in a professional manner makes it more appealing to agents and buyers.

5.                  TITLE INFORMATION:  Order a property profile from the title company for detailed information on your property.  Early review of this information will enable us to address potential problems in a timely manner.

6.                  HOME BROCHURE:  Prepare a professional brochure of your home, brochures will be put in a brochure box for potential buyers outside your home.  Brochures will be mailed regularly to Top Buyer Agents and an extensive list of potential buyers. When a buyer is making a decision about which home to buy and is trying to recall from memory each home they have seen, a professional descriptive brochure in hand can make the difference in a buyer’s selection.

7.                  PROPERTY PROMOTION:  Install a professional For Sale Sign, Brochure Box and Safety Key Box on your property to assure additional exposure and convenient access to your home.

8.                  CONTACT AGENTS:  Provide Top Realtors that are working with potential buyers a list of the features and benefits of your home. Target marketing these agents increases your probability of a faster sale.

9.                  INTERACTIVE MARKETING:  Your home will have world wide coverage with 360 degree Virtual Tours.

10.             MULTIPLE LISTING SERVICE:  Submit property information to the Multiple Listing Service through the MLS computer network.
